Each component and accessory are tested, and quality controlled throughout production. Commencing from date of purchase, you automatically receive a 1-year warranty. Your Barmes has been rigorously tested to endure many conditions. We suggest for safety a maximum total packing weight of 10kgs / 22lbs. Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover general wear and tear or mishandling from carriers. If a defect occurs, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace. If mishandled by carriers, please contact them directly. Use a damp cloth on the inside compartments. Try to avoid using chemical cleaning products. Over time, a well-traveled piece of luggage will get a few small scratches, but most scuffs can be removed with the handy magic eraser included with each Barmes purchase. The good news is our colors are injected into the molding of each case, which means they scratch the same color.
